Tower Mobile Home Park & Sales provides professional mobile home repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:

• • Electrical services and installations
• • General mobile home maintenance and repairs

3. Service Agreements and Estimates

Estimates

• • All estimates are free and provided in good faith based on our initial assessment
• • Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date of issue
• • Final costs may vary if additional work or materials are required
• • Any significant changes to the scope of work will be discussed and approved before proceeding

Service Agreements

• • All work will be performed according to a written service agreement
• • Service agreements include scope of work, materials, timeline, and payment terms
• • Changes to the agreement must be approved in writing by both parties
• • We reserve the right to refuse service at our discretion

4. Payment Terms

Payment Schedule

• • Small repairs under $500: Payment due upon completion
• • Medium projects $500-$2,000: 50% deposit, balance due upon completion
• • Large projects over $2,000: Payment schedule will be outlined in the service agreement
• • Emergency services: Payment terms to be agreed upon before service

Payment Methods

We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Payment is due within the terms specified in your service agreement. Late payments may be subject to a service charge of 1.5% per month.

5. Warranties and Guarantees

Workmanship Warranty

We warrant our workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of completion. This warranty covers defects in our installation or repair work under normal use conditions. The warranty does not cover:

• • Damage caused by acts of nature, accidents, or misuse
• • Issues arising from modifications made by others
• • Problems with pre-existing conditions not addressed in our scope of work

Material Warranties

Materials are warranted according to the manufacturer's terms. We will assist with warranty claims but are not responsible for manufacturer defects beyond our control.

6. Liability and Insurance

Tower Mobile Home Park & Sales carries comprehensive general liability insurance and workers' compensation coverage. Our liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not responsible for:

• • Personal property damage not directly caused by our work
• • Pre-existing conditions or hidden defects not discoverable during normal inspection

7. Customer Responsibilities

As our customer, you agree to:

• • Remove or protect personal belongings in work areas
• • Make payment according to agreed terms
• • Notify us immediately of any concerns about our work
• • Obtain necessary permits if required (unless specified otherwise)

8. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellation

• • You may cancel services before work begins with 24-hour notice
• • Cancellation after work has started may result in charges for work completed and materials ordered
• • Materials specifically ordered for your project are non-refundable

Our Cancellation Rights

We reserve the right to cancel or suspend services for non-payment, safety concerns, or if conditions prevent safe completion of work.

9. Force Majeure

We are not responsible for delays or failures to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disputes, or government actions.

10. Dispute Resolution

We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably. If you have concerns about our services:
